Dr. Sheyner graduated from medical school at the First Medical Institute of St. Petersburg, Russia. She completed her medical residency Ravenswood Hospital Medical Center at the University of Illinois and fellowship in geriatric medicine from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. She is actively involved in patient care, education of fellows and residents. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, as well as from the American Board of Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine and Medical Director from the American Medical Director's Association. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Geriatric Society, Florida Geriatric Society and the American Medical Director's Association.
