North (New) Tampa

   Pros:

-          Geographically closer to school

-          Bigger apartments available

-          Costs less

   Cons:

-          Bruce B. Downs and other roads near campus get crowded during rush hours, so travel time can be same as South Tampa

 

South Tampa

   Pros:

-          Near Arts, Entertainment, Sports, Bars, and Clubs

-          Further geographically, but traffic is less because it is opposite to the larger traffic flow

-          3^rd and 4^th year it’s right next to Tampa General Hospital

   Cons:

-          More pricey

-          Slightly longer drive to school
