This guide will help you with the installation process of the Live Meeting Client.
Step 1
Download the Live Meeting Client installation file HERE
It is recommended you close Office Communicator before installing.
Step 2
Click Run to start the installation.
Please wait while the Live Meeting Client is being installed. The installation box will close automatically when finished.
Start Office Communicator.
During an instant messenge session, click the View More Options menu.
You will now be able to initiate desktop sharing within Office Communicator.
