  • Lecture Recording

    • DMAC uses a variety of technologies to record meetings and workshops for archive purposes. Recording your lecture is a great way to share your presentation with those who may have missed it. To have your lecture recorded, simply submit a Service Request with the following information:
      • Name, Date, Time, and Duration of the presentation
      • Location of the presentation (contact a DMAC representative for a list of rooms with lecure recording capabilities)
      • Does your presentation include audio or video? Will the presenter supply their own laptop?


    • **All recordings must be approved by the speaker prior to the recording.


  • Streaming/Podcasting

    • Already have your lecture recorded? We offer a variety of deployment services to get your content out to the masses. Digitized content can be made available through video streaming and podcasting which may be added to departmental websites or blackboard course pages. In order to have your content streamed, please provide the following:
      • Digital video file on CD, DVD, or USB memory stick
      • Whom is the intended audience? HSCnet users only?
      • Name of department or class that will be viewing the media
      • What is the file format necessary? Windows Media Video for PC users? Apple Quicktime for iTunes users?


  • Video Conversion
    • Our deparment has the ability to conver DVD, and other video or audio media. This provides a digital format capable of being used for PowerPoint, video streaming, archiving and podcasting. Analog conversions such as VHS tapes are subject to a Premium Service Work Order
