W. Michael Reid, Ph.D., M.B.A.
Dr. Reid is the founder and Director of the Center for Leadership in Public Health Practice and the Public Health Leadership Institute of Florida. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health at the USF College of Public Health, and past President of the Florida Public Health Association (2000 – 2001) and the first chairman of the National Public Health Leadership Development Network (2001-2002). He is also the Director of the USF Center for Public Health Preparedness.

Danielle C. Landis, Ph.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Landis is the Co-Director of the Public Health Leadership Institute and Deputy Director of the Center for Leadership in Public Health Practice and the Center for Public Health Preparedness. She is an Assistant Professor at the USF College of Public Health in the Department of Global Health. She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Education and a Ph.D. in Public Health from the University of South Florida.

Kirsten M. Miller, M.A.
Ms. Miller is the Program Director and Coordinator of the Public Health Leadership Institute of Florida and Associate Director for Operations and Planning of the Center for Leadership in Public Health Practice. She is a faculty administrator at the USF College of Public Health. She holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training from the University of South Florida.

Desiree Liburd, B.A.
Ms. Liburd is the Coordinator of Education & Training of the Public Health Leadership Institute of Florida and of the Center for Leadership in Public Health Practice. She holds a bachelor degree from USF and is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health.
