    Cooking Tips

    1. replace oil with pureed fruit such as apple sauce
    2. replace one whole egg with two egg whites
    3. saute in water instead of oil
    4. use skim or 1% milk instead of whole milk
    5. choose lowfat or fat-free products
    6. if eating meat, use lean cuts and remove the skin
