Research Interests

Much of the work in our laboratory is concerned with understanding of the mechanisms that control programmed cell death and cell cycle checkpoints in the context of oncogenesis.  In addition, development of small molecules that directly target the core components of the cell death machinery for drug discovery is also one of the major research interests of our laboratory.
